TERMS & CONDITIONS    
 
A safari booked for the following season will only be confirmed once 50% of the daily rates of the safari has been paid as deposit. A safari booked for a future season will only be confirmed once 25% of the daily rate of the safari has been paid as a deposit The balance to be paid prior to the commencement of the safari.
 
PACKAGE HUNT
 
In the event of a package hunt, 25% of the package price will be required as a deposit., with the balance being paid on the 1st day of the safari, with extra animals and extra costs being paid on conclusion of safari.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 

If a safari is cancelled less than six months prior to commencement, the deposit will not be refunded. Under certain circumstances a postponed date can be arranged.
